GENERAL CONDITIONS OF WEBSITE


Before using the Site, the present general conditions shall be read carefully and completely.

When entering any part or section of the Site, the User accepts to be bound by the present general conditions.

In case You do not agree with any of the present general conditions, the User shall refrain from using the Site.


1.Definitions.
For the purposes of the present general conditions the following terms are intended and interpreted as hereinafter indicated:
- “Law Firm” it is intended the "Law Firm of lawyer Beatrice Cunegatti and Associates", in short “Cunegatti and Associates Law Firm”, with head office in Via dei Mille no. 16, 40121 Bologna (BO), Italy, and secondary office in Via San Vittore no. 40, 20123 – Milan (MI), Italy, Italian VAT number and tax number 03390621203, Professional Indemnity Policy AIG, n. IFL0006526.042747. The distinctive marks "IT Law Firm" and “Information Technology Law Firm” are associated with the Law Firm;
- “Site” it is intended the present website;
- “User” or “You” it is intended any visitor and/or user of the Site;
- “Content” it is intended the content offered to the User through the Site or specific parts of the Site.


2. Object.
This document contains the general conditions applicable to the User concerning the utilization of the Site and of its Contents. The present general conditions regulate the utilization of the Site, the labilities of the User and, together with other aspects, le limits of the Law Firm’s liability.
Before using the Site, the present general conditions shall be read carefully and completely.
When entering any part or section of the Site, the User accepts to be bound by the present general conditions.

3. Defense of intellectual property.
The User recognizes that any material contained in the Site (by way of illustration: texts, data, software, pictures, graphs, videos, graphics, music, sounds, images, illustrations, drawings, icons) is protected by copyright or by other provisions on the subject of intellectual property and that it is owned exclusively by the Law Firm and/or  its supliers/third parties.
Duplication, reproduction, even though partial, download, saving, sharing with third parties, publication or circulation by any means and, more generally, any disposal or use of the material contained in the Site, in every form, through media and technologies, presently existing or developed in the future, are forbidden, except for an express contrary indication contained in the Site or subject to written authorization by the Law Firm and/or the respective right holders.


4. Distinctive marks.
“Law Firm of lawyers Beatrice Cunegatti and Associates”, “Cunegatti and Associates Law Firm”, “Information Technology Law Firm” and "IT Law Firm" are distinctive names and/or marks indicating that the contents of the Site, as well as the logos utilized in it, are owned by the Law Firm.
Use or reproduction in any form or manner of such distinctive names and/or marks is forbidden, unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Law Firm.


5. Limitations to the use of the Site
The User can utilize the Site only for lawful activities and shall not utilize the Site for any activity resulting in a violation of the Law Firm’s or of third parties’ rights.
It is expressly forbidden to use any part or section of the Site and its Contents for direct or indirect trade or advertising of any kind, unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Law Firm.
Users who carry out fraudulent or illegal deeds will be prosecuted as established by Law.


6. Limitation of liability.
Texts, information and all Contents included or available through the Site might contain inaccuracies or mistakes. The Law Firm does not release any guarantee concerning the Site and its Contents.
Information and Contents of the Site are subject to periodic changes.
Within the limits tolerated by the law, the Law Firms and/or its suppliers cannot be held responsible to the User and to third parties, if any, for direct or indirect damages of any kind - including, but not limited to, damages for failure to use – deriving from, or in any case connected with the use of the Site and of its Contents, the delay in the use of the Site or its Contents or the impossibility to use them, the supply or the non-supply of the Contents, or any information or content obtained through the Site.
Because of the features and technical limitations related to the protection of electronic communications via the Internet, the Law Firm does not guarantee that information or data visualized by the User through the Site are not accessible to or visible by unauthorized third parties.
In no case will the Law Firm or its collaborators be held responsible for any loss, request, damage of any kind, direct or indirect, or in any way connected with a utilization of the Site which is not consistent with the present general conditions.

The Site can contain links to websites of third parties.
The Law Firm does not guarantee and does not take on any responsibility about contents and information supplied by such third parties, their completeness or accuracy, nor the contents of the websites of these third parties.
The Law Firm does not guarantee and is in no way responsible for the contents, availability, working and fulfillments of any website that may be linked to this Site or from which access to this Site may be possible.
The connection of other sites to this Site through links to its home page can be done freely.
The so called deep links or links obtained with framing techniques are explicitly forbidden.

8. Protection of privacy and processing of personal data.
Processing of the User’s personal data will be carried out by the Law Firm in such a way as to guarantee their safety and in full obedience of the Italian regulations in force (Regulation EU 2016/679, Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 Privacy Code).

10. Termination of the service.
The Law Firm can stop or cease the access by the User to the whole Site or to part of it at any moment, without notice and at its sole discretion.
