IFL0006526.042747. The distinctive marks "IT Law Firm" and “Information Technology Law Firm” are associated with the Law Firm;
- “Site” it is intended the present website;
- “User” or “You” it is intended any visitor and/or user of the Site;
- “Content” it is intended the content offered to the User through the Site or specific parts of the Site.


2. Object.
This document contains the general conditions applicable to the User concerning the utilization of the Site and of its Contents. The present general conditions regulate the utilization of the Site, the labilities of the User and, together with other aspects, le limits of the Law Firm’s liability.

“Law Firm of lawyers Beatrice Cunegatti and Associates”, “Cunegatti and Associates Law Firm”, “Information Technology Law Firm” and "IT Law Firm" are distinctive names and/or marks indicating that the contents of the Site, as well as the logos utilized in it, are owned by the Law Firm.
Use or reproduction in any form or manner of such distinctive names and/or marks is forbidden, unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Law Firm.


5. Limitations to the use of the Site
The User can utilize the Site only for lawful activities and shall not utilize the Site for any activity resulting in a violation of the Law Firm’s or of third parties’ rights.
It is expressly forbidden to use any part or section of the Site and its Contents for direct or indirect trade or advertising of any kind, unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Law Firm.
Users who carry out fraudulent or illegal deeds will be prosecuted as established by Law.


6. Limitation of liability.
Texts, information and all Contents included or available through the Site might contain inaccuracies or mistakes. The Law Firm does not release any guarantee concerning the Site and its Contents.
Information and Contents of the Site are subject to periodic changes.

The so called deep links or links obtained with framing techniques are explicitly forbidden.

Processing of the User’s personal data will be carried out by the Law Firm in such a way as to guarantee their safety and in full obedience of the Italian regulations in force (Regulation EU 2016/679, Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 Privacy Code).

10. Termination of the service.
